The State Of Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) has a "Dealer Center" open Monday through Friday.  

Title and tag work to be processed by an MVA facility must have payment attached.  Checks must be made out to MVA. NOTE:  Work to be processed on-line at the Tag Man office must have checks made out to Tag Man.

MVA will process work if there is overpayment by dealers or title services.  The amount over is refunded in a voucher. However">

MVA will process work if there is overpayment by dealers or title services.  The amount over is refunded in a voucher. However, overages of $2.00 or less are kept by MVA.   Work is rejected if payment is short.
